- T.B. Hospital Outreach: With permission, members of our church visit the T.B. Hospital every week, praying, encouraging and offering fellowship with the patients
- Christmas with the sick and suffering: Every Christmas, Grace Community Fellowship reaches out the patients at different hospitals (with permission), offering intercessory prayers and gifts to the disadvantaged brothers and sisters of our society
- Intercession and Prayers: Intercessory prayers for the patients’ health and well-being from our church offices and homes
